Will Prison Break's "new direction" for season three ruin it?
After two seasons of the action-packed thriller Prison Break, many are now pondering on what the third season might possibly offer. Clearly, the first season have transformed spectators into solid fans with its suspenseful plot about Michael Scofield?s intricate escape plan and attempt to get his brother Lincoln Burrows, and the rest of his inmate group, out of the Fox River State Penitentiary. And the second season of the show has heavily illustrated the law?s chase over the escaped convicts. So what about season three?
With the reverse of roles, Michael now in Sona Penitentiary while Lincoln is out on the run; many are questioning the upcoming season?s story line as it appears like Prison Break is once again heading for a repetitive plot. Will Prison Break?s fate suffer with this recurring direction?
According to Paul Scheuring, Prison Break creator, the series will return to its roots while taking on a new chapter. He also describes season three to be more fierce and brutal than the season one and two, a distinct feature that will make the previous installments seem tamed.
It has also been rumored that season three will feature new characters, possibly from foreign countries, one of which will assume the role of Lincoln?s love interest. In addition, there have also been talks about incorporating some scientific mystery plot, a feature that currently sparks argumentative issues among fans.
One the other hand, now that many hints and theories about the third season have surfaced, the hype over the show has gotten even more intense even with the program being on hiatus.
